All our team members are required to have passed a criminal background check,  maintain HIPAA certifications and adhere to confidentiality agreements. Our technology allows for safe data transmittal through our VPN servers. We can offer advice in choosing  the right communication platform. Our legal counsel includes a certified health compliance officer to ensure legal alignment of our services  with current law and regulations.

1. VIRTUAL STAFFING

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE :

Our staff receives targeted education introducing them to the American healthcare system including common value-based models  and Medicare to be able to support practices with focus on geriatric care and home based primary care  and can be trained in the navigation of commonly used EMR systems in those specific settings

  • Chart reviews in preparation for  Medicare Annual Wellness visits : Our staff is trained to review charts based on required AWV components , saving you, your nurses and care coordinators valuable time prior to these time-intense visits

  • Provider Inbox management : Screening of incoming reports for abnormal values and timely notification of clinical staff  and providers, reducing clinical risk and liability
