Not Ready To Round yet?
Just ask us!
Is working with a VMA HIPAA compliant and do I need special software?
We go over applicable technical requirements with all our certified VMAs, including the use of VPNs, allowing for safe access to US based systems. It is the client's responsibility to provide their VMA with HIPAA-compliant access to their EMR and communication systems. However, all our VMAs are well-versed in data protection and HIPAA-certified and required to undergo a criminal background check. These certifications will be made available to you, along with all available licenses. In addition, clients outside of the U.S. are also protected by the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

How can RTR help me with my revenue?
Ready To Round offers support by opening your notes ahead of a busy day and prepopulating them with available data via chart review (even acrosss several EMR's as is often necessary in long term settings) This saves you and your clinical staff valuable time. You can now focus on medication and vaccine administration, as well as other vital components of quality care. In addition, our pricing is affordable, therefore preserving overhead.
How do I know that I may need a VMA?
If you and your staff struggle with excessive administrative burden or you find yourself writing notes late at night or on the weekends, having a VMA may help you work more efficiently, therefore optimizing revenue while finding better balance. We can also help you identify your needs through our practice advisory services.
How do you select your VMAs?
RTR VMAs are carefully selected and skilled individuals from diverse professional health care backgrounds, such as nurses and pharmacists. Some have a strong administrative or customer service background as well. Most importantly - they all are qualified, dedicated, compassionate and reliable!
How can a VMA offload your staff?
A VMA handles most tasks that can be completed remotely, such as handling phone calls, scheduling appointments and communicating with patients. New patient intakes, data entry, billing and coding support are other areas where they can help. They are willing to learn anything you are ready to teach!
