Who is eligible to apply at Ready To Round?
Ready To Round is open to all Filipino Virtual Medical Assistants and Virtual Assistants residing in the Philippines. Dr. Hoinkis, with her personal connection to the Philippines, aims to provide job opportunities to a highly skilled and dedicated pool of healthcare talent in the country.
What skills are required before I apply?
A VMA must have strong skills in medical administration, proficiency with virtual healthcare tools, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of medical terminology. Additionally, experience with patient scheduling, medical billing, and electronic health records (EHR) systems will be highly beneficial.
What qualifications are needed before applying?
To apply, the applicant must have extensive VMA/VA experience, meet technical requirements, possess HIPAA certification, and have NBI clearance, among other qualifications.

3. Training
a. Participate in our comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel as a Virtual Medical Assistant.
b. Training covers medical administration, clinical support, healthcare software systems, and compliance standards.

4. Client Match
a. Based on your skills, experience, and preferences, we will match you with a healthcare provider or organization that needs your expertise.
b. You will have the opportunity to interview with the client to ensure a good fit.
5. Client Placement
a. Once matched, you will begin working with your assigned client.
b. Our team provides ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and successful collaboration.

Minimum Technical Requirements for VMAs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 / i5 9th gen 3ghz or later/faster CPU
Motherboard: any that supports DDR4 RAM
GPU: default/on-board graphics/GPU
RAM: at least 8gb DDR4 RAM or higher
Storage/SSD: at least 256gb or bigger storage
Headset: with noise cancelling feature preferred
Web Cam: at least 480p or higher
VPN: Proton VPN (preferred) or other secured VPN app
Internet Connection: 100mbps Fiber optics internet or faster (preferred) with backup wired internet from another ISP and/or mobile hotspot
